Munich - P+P has promoted three partners from within the firm:
Dr. Eva Nase focuses on corporate law, corporate litigation and capital
market law. She lectures regularly in her practice areas.
Dr. Ralf Bergjan, LL.M. specializes in M&A-related transactions,
restructuring, joint ventures, corporate, commercial and transformation law
(including bank M&A). He publishes and lectures regularly in the field of
M&A and is coauthor of well-known expert commentaries.
Dr. Philip Schwarz van Berk, LL.M. focuses on corporate and tax structuring
of private equity and venture capital funds, as well as regulatory aspects
of public distribution of private equity funds. Apart from his work as a
speaker, he is also renowned as a coauthor of the Münchener Handbuchs des
Gesellschaftsrechts.
