Northcore Resources Inc.: Contract Termination

(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/22/13 -- Northcore Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: NCR) (the "Corporation") announces that it has terminated effective January 17, 2013, a service contract with 4552083 Canada Inc., a company that employed Francois C. Desrosiers as a contract service provider. That Corporation was hired to perform Investor Relations and general management services.

The contract has been terminated at the request of the TSX-Venture Exchange while it performs a Suitability Review on Mr. Desrosiers to act for or on behalf of an Exchange listed Company.

The TSX Venture Exchange has not reviewed and does not accept responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this press release.
