Citycon's divestment of residential units in Åkersberga Centrum in Sweden finalised

CITYCON OYJ Stock Exchange Release 1 July 2010 at 16:50 hrs
On 7 July 2009, Citycon announced the signing of an agreement to divest two
mainly residential properties in shopping centre Åkersberga Centrum in
Österåker, Sweden for SEK 181 million (approx. EUR 19 million). Closing and
payment of such transaction took place today. The transaction has been described
in greater detail in the company's stock exchange release issued on 7 July 2009.
