Solution Ranked Highest Among All Vendors in Current Offering

The report ranked ten vendors based on extensive set of evaluation criteria. Pegasystems was ranked by Forrester as highest among all vendors in the current offering category.
Forrester sees the BPM industry maturing to "help the enterprise embrace and adapt to disruptive forces of change -- technological, competitive, and regulatory -- that are often unknown and unforeseen."(1) The report continues to say, "BPM today plays a critical role in driving customer experience initiatives.
