Kredinor improves efficiency with operating services from EVRY

(Oslo, 2 April 2013) Kredinor has decided to use an external partner for its IT
operating services, and has chosen EVRY. The factors considered particularly
important by Kredinor are flexibility, predictability and access to expertise to
ensure that its services are available 24/7.

About the delivery
The services EVRY will deliver to Kredinor are operating services for core
infrastructure, database operations, client operations, applications operations,
delivery of content services, EDI services, and a Call Center solution based on
the MS Lync platform. EVRY's competence centre for IBM technology will
contribute technical expertise and delivery capacity that is important for
realising Kredinor's IT strategy. In addition, the contract includes a number of
options for Kredinor to use additional services such as Client as a Service,
Business Intelligence, communications etc.
The contract Kredinor has signed with EVRY runs for five years and represents
estimated total contract value of NOK 27 million. In connection with this
contract, six employees will transfer from Kredinor to EVRY.
