(Frankfurt Stock Exchange: CAK) announced today that it is moving on a fast tract to acquire Medical Air Solutions, LLC, a Georgia based business specializing in providing air purification technologies to the healthcare marketplace, specifically for the treatment of airborne contaminants within critical care areas of hospital facilities. When concluded, the company expects Medical Air Solutions to operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary.
