USG People expands online services with Adver-Online

Interest in Adver-Online B.V. strengthens USG People's online proposition
Almere, 24 April 2013 - Today USG People has taken another step in improving its
online proposition by acquiring 51% of the shares in Adver-Online. Established
in 2002, Adver-Online is active in the field of online job market communications
and is focused strongly on creating tailor-made campaigns, publishing job
vacancies and assisting recruitment and selection processes.
Adver-Online has also developed into a specialist in recruitment software,
offering a comprehensive proposition including mobile job applications, 'jobs
at' websites, and various assessment and screening tools for the SME and
corporate markets. The company launched the recruitment application HROffice
specifically for this purpose. HROffice is an extremely modern online
application that allows clients to manage their entire integrated recruitment
and selection process. HROffice gives USG People the opportunity to further
develop its online HR services.
