Vantex Announces Shareholder Meeting Vote Results

(TSX VENTURE: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A)(ALPHA: VAX) announces that shareholders approved all of the proposals that were submitted by management at Vantex Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders that was held on April 30, 2013.
The proposals concerning the Appointment of the Directors and Auditor were approved with most of them above the 99 % mark while the proposal to ratify the shareholder rights plan was approved by 98.4 % of votes cast.
