("Uni-Select") (TSX: UNS) announces that the nominees to the Board of Directors listed in the Management Proxy Circular dated March 26, 2013 were elected as directors of Uni-Select. The detailed results of the vote for the directors held at its Annual Meeting on May 1, 2013 in Montreal are set out below.
