Repair Management starts its optimized web presence with a new and clear design. The after sales specialist for the service processing of smartphones, mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, pcs, cameras, MP3/MP4 player and automatic coffee machines restructured the page contents and optimized the design of the website. With the improved menu navigation customers and cooperation partners like insurance companies, network operators, electronics manufacturers, specialised retailers and customers can get relevant information quickly and efficiently.
The Repair Management GmbH relaunched his homepage. At www.repairmanagement.de/en the after sales service provider shows a new and clearly design and an optimized navigation. Repair Management is the central receiving point for consumer electronics in need of repair. The comfortable service processing starts with the online registration of the service case by the retailer or the customer. For insurance cases or cases liable to costs of the retailer, a cost-freepick-up service is automatically generated with the registration. Once arrived at Repair Management, the damage of the device is documented and photographed. After a damage diagnosis and the subsequent approval the device is sent to an accredited associated service center for its repair. All parts involved in the process can get the latest information about the repair status through to databases and tools of the service manager. This information is always available.
“Our software solutions conduct currently monthly more than 30.000 service cases, ” explains Andreas Maile, Chief Executive Officer at Repair Management GmbH and adds “exceeding 6.000 retailers use our centralized service as process manager.”
The website newest spot is the references area. These include customers and cooperation partners of the Repair Management such as insurance companies like WERTGARANTIE AG and European Warranty Partners SE (EWP) and manufacturers like HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES Deutschland.
“With the redesign of our website we comply with the increasing volume of contents,” says Andreas Maile. Especially the news area has been restructured and offers now a clear and fast access to the latest corporate releases, media reports and images. At the bottom of the page appear the categories press releases, media reports and newsletter for the direct quick access. In the careers area the summary of the current vacancies can be reduced to the different task areas with a click on the filter.
Because of the increasing internationalisation of the business and the expansion in further European countries, the website lately is also available in English and Spanish. Further languages will follow. Currently Repair Management is already active in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. In future the after sales specialist will offer its services also in Spain, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland and Czech Republic. “Hesse is our homeland, Europe our goal”, concludes Andreas Maile.
