TERA Hyper Networks plc: Successful listing on GXG Markets
London, May 14, 2013. TERA Hyper Networks plc, a group of companies
offering innovative metering and management systems for utilities and
public transportation in China and other emerging markets, was successfully
admitted to the GXG stock exchange UK with 300,000,000 shares in issue. The
shares are listed in the GXG Markets First Quote segment. GXG Markets is a
Danish based, pan European stock exchange offering small and medium sized
companies the opportunity to be quoted on an open market as well as a fully
regulated market.
TERA pursues a growth strategy, which includes the enhancement of customer
satisfaction through cutting-edge technology and the focus on direct sales
to local governments. Strong relationships with local and regional
governments and key industry players as well as TERA's national Chinese

The acquisition of two Chinese companies, which is expected to be completed
in Summer 2013, complements TERA's highly professional R&D team, providing
strong technical support and large production capacity. The two new
companies - Nanjing Yuneng Instrument Co. Ltd. (NYN) and Nanjing Union
Digital Technology Co. Ltd. (UDT) - will support TERA in the further
development of its three main product areas: Digital City Metering Systems,
which offer an integrated utility management program based on real-time
communication, Intelligent Public Transport Systems, which provide on-board
administration to public transport vehicles, and Interactive Display
Systems.
For over 20 years, NYN has been a leading company in the development and
production of full electronic watt-hour meters. UDT is actively installing
its Intelligent Public Transport System in buses in Nanjing's public
transit system. TERA and UDT are engaged in enhancing solutions for
interactive advertising and communication channels for bus shelters and
on-bus displays.
