Munich, 17 May 2013 - KINGHERO AG, the German holding company of a
fast-growing Chinese fashion company, hereby announces that Dr.-Ing. Harald
Zender is appointed to the Management Board of KINGHERO by resolution of
the Supervisory Board of the company with immediate effect. He will preside
as Interim Board Member the accounting and organization divisions.
In addition to his long-standing experience in the areas of private equity
and management consulting Dr. Zender has extensive knowledge of the Asian
market: In the past he was a member of the Management Board of RHI AG, the
worldwide largest manufacturer of refractory products, and in this context
responsible for the Chinese market and the ASEAN countries.
'With Dr. Zender the Management Board of KINGHERO is strengthend by an
experienced hands-on manager who is familiar with the peculiarities of the
Chinese market. He will mainly be responsible for the planning, managing
and controlling of the business activities of KINGHERO in Hong Kong and
China as well as increasingly for coordinating the capital market interests
of the German holding company,' says Gerrit Kaufhold, Chairman of the
Supervisory Board of KINGHERO.
