Berliner Synchron AG to expect more business from Hollywood and less
price pressure in the theatrical segment going forward

Berlin, May 28th, 2013 - After a series of client meetings with its
long-term partners in Hollywood, the Executive Board of Berliner Synchron
AG reports that the planned restructuring of production processes to
further increase efficiencies had been unanimously well received. The
personnel changes and the organizational restructuring which recently took
place were also much appreciated by all clients. It is expected that all
long-standing co-operations will now be expanded.
In order to be able to market content world-wide and across all
distribution channels faster and more effectively, the demand for
'accelerated dubbing' keeps growing in Hollywood. This in turn will mean a
different set of requirements for dubbing studios going forward: the
ability to realize a project quickly will be more vital than the ability to
offer the lowest price. Berliner Synchron AG has recognized these
developments and is due to the changes made well prepared to meet these new
requirements. Germany's oldest dubbing company has had a close relationship
with all major studios in Hollywood since it was founded back in 1949.
