Final Dividend

(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwired) -- 05/30/13 -- Anglo Pacific Group PLC (the "Company") (LSE: APF)(TSX: APY) announces today that, in light of the current share price, the Board has resolved not to offer shareholders a scrip dividend alternative in respect of the final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2012.

The final dividend of 5.75p per ordinary share for the year ended December 31, 2012 will be paid in cash on August 7, 2013 to shareholders on the share register at the close of business on June 7, 2013. The shares will be quoted ex dividend on the London Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange on June 5, 2013.
