Funkwerk AG finalises change to open market
Share listed in m:access at Munich Stock Exchange from 1 July 2013
Kölleda, 7 June 2013 - Funkwerk AG, Kölleda, has finalised the change from
the regulated market to the m:access trading segment within the open market
of the Munich Stock Exchange. Acceptance to the mid-size business segment
followed the meeting of the Stock Exchange Committee on 5 June. The
cancellation of admission to trading in the regulated market will become
effective at the close of 28 June 2013, the price in the open market
(m:access) at the Munich Stock Exchange will be set from 1 July 2013.
The change of segment was decided with a view to lowering the cost involved
in the listing. Furthermore, Funkwerk believes that the quality segment of
the m:access open market is better suited to its current corporate
structures, which have become notably leaner in recent years. Funkwerk AG
will retain its open information policy and notify shareholders, analysts
and the interested public promptly and comprehensively of any developments
in the company.
