CWC Well Services Corp. Announces Graduation to Tier 1 Status on the TSX Venture Exchange

(TSX VENTURE: CWC) ("CWC" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has approved the Company's application to be recognized as a Tier 1 issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange. CWC will commence trading as a Tier 1 issuer on Monday, June 10, 2013. Tier 1 is reserved for the most advanced issuers with the most significant financial resources on the TSX Venture Exchange.
