Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 10 June 2013 regarding RomReal
Ltd's (the "Company") offer to shareholders of the Company as of 15 May 2013 to
purchase up to 3,000 of each shareholder's shares at NOK 1.50 per share (the
"Offer").
The final result of the Offer is complete. RomReal Ltd holds a total of 80,195
shares in the Company (and not 80,345 as stated in the press release on 10 June
2013).
