comm.fleet - Fleet Management Software(firmenpresse) - The autonomous body Mancomunidad de los Canales del Taibilla, as part of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment of the Spanish Government, established in Cartagena (Murcia), has the objective to supply 79 municipalities in southeastern Spain with drinking water. Their tasks include the collection, water treatment or desalination, and the distribution and storage of water. The channels of Taibilla provide approximately three million people in the autonomous regions of Valencia, Murcia and Castilla la Mancha.
In order to achieve a greater efficiency in resource management of their fleet, the autonomous body uses two ERP products from community4you: comm.fleet as fleet management system and comm.object for managing objects.
With comm.fleet the channels of Taibilla use an intuitive and modern fleet management software system that enables the management of their large fleet optimally. The software is compatible with comm.object, which acts as a warehouse management system, for example for the administration of engines and machinery. Thereby a simple and clear execution of all processes in the fields of asset management and fleet management is guaranteed for the autonomous body.
Extensive control and reporting systems, which comm.fleet and comm.object currently offer in nine languages, including Spanish, and the ability to implement all the processes in the system, were crucial for the decision to purchase and the implementation of those two tools for the channels of Taibilla so Juan Gonzalez Salvador Cegarra, Fleet Manager at Mancomunidad de los Canales del Taibilla.
