Oracle Mining Announces AGM Results
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/20/13 -- Oracle Mining Corp. ("Oracle Mining" or the "Corporation") (TSX: OMN)(OTCQX: OMCCF)(FRANKFURT: OMC) announces that all items put forward by the board of directors and management were approved by shareholders.
The seven director nominees listed in the management information circular dated May 21, 2013, were elected as directors at the Corporation's annual meeting of shareholders held on June 20, 2013, with the voting tabulated as below:
The biographies of directors and further details about Oracle Mining's corporate governance practices are available in the Annual Information Form dated April 1, 2013, on SEDAR and at the Corporation's website. Oracle Mining's shareholders also reappointed Deloitte LLP as the company's auditor.
