CWC Well Services Corp. Announces New Location for Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders

("CWC" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CWC) announces that due to the restricted access to the downtown core and the closure of Bow Valley Square 3 in Calgary as a result of the evacuation caused by the flooding, the Company has decided to move the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "AGM") to a new location. The AGM will now take place on Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the following location:
