Oriola-KD has signed a leasing agreement on a new main logistic center in Moscow

Oriola-KD has signed a 10 years leasing agreement on a new main logistic center
to Radius Group's premises, "South Gate Industrial Park",  in Domodedovo area to
the south of Moscow. The total investment is approximately EUR 12 million
including automation solution, warehouse machinery and equipment. Due to the
investment plan, Oriola-KD will book in total EUR 2.0 million in accelerated
depreciation during 2013 and 2014. The total floor space of the new main
logistic center is approximately 30 000 square meters. The level of automation
is targeted to be approximately 40 percent. The goal for transferring the
operations and building the automation to the new main logistic center in Moscow
is to increase the capacity, to improve the delivery quality and to increase the
picking efficiency. According to the plan the operations will be transferred and
the full capacity will be achieved by the end of the first quarter in 2015.
