Dr. Helmut Rothenberger was designated as Chairman of the Supervisory Board
of ROTHENBERGER AG effective
June 25, 2013.
The Executive Board now consists of Mr. Michel Moulin and Mr. Ralf Weber,
who was appointed as spokesman of the board.
