(the "Company") (NYSE: BEN) will release its third fiscal quarter 2013 operating results at approximately 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Due to the announced 3-for-1 stock split payable on July 25, 2013, the company will report third quarter earnings on a split-adjusted basis.
