mybet Holding SE: new candidate for Supervisory Board elections
Kiel, July 17, 2013 - Carsten Marcus Koerl has had to withdraw at short
notice as a candidate for the election of a new Supervisory Board of mybet
Holding SE for personal reasons. The company management proposes Mr
Christian Sundermann to the Shareholders' Meeting for election to the
Supervisory Board of mybet Holding SE. Marcus Geißremains available as a
candidate for the election of a new Supervisory Board.
Christian Sundermann, born 1965, has worked as a freelance management
consultant in the capital market and finance area since 2001 and is
regarded as an established expert in the sports and horse betting industry.
He previously led the Corporate Finance division of EM.TV AG. From 1992 to
1998 the trained banker and Business Administration graduate was a member
of the Management Board staff group at WestLB in Düsseldorf, where he
subsequently worked for five years as Project Manager for IPOs.
The Shareholders' Meeting of mybet Holding SE takes place on July 18, 2013
in Kiel. Among other matters it has the task of electing successors to the
retiring Supervisory Board members Rainer Jacken and Rodolfo Carpintier
Santana. Both had announced plans to surrender office with effect from the
close of the 2013 Shareholders' Meeting for personal reasons.
