(PINKSHEETS: HVYW) Further to the news release of July17, the company reports that the cancellation of 158 million shares has reduced the issued and outstanding shares from 300,314,761 to 142,314, 761 shares, representing a 52.6 decrease.
"This significant reduction in the number of issued and outstanding represents a major enhancement of share holder ownership interest in the company.
