Changes in Huhtamaki Group Executive Team

Timo Salonen (55), CFO and a long-term member of the Group Executive Team has
decided to leave the Company at his own request. "I would like to take the
opportunity to thank Timo for his long service with the Company and contribution
to the Group's current success, as well as wish him all the best in his future
challenges," says Jukka Moisio, CEO.
Thomas Geust (40), M.Sc. (Econ.), has been appointed as Director, Finance and
member of the Group Executive Team reporting to Jukka Moisio, CEO, as of October
1, 2013. He joins Huhtamaki from ABB Group, where his latest position was Global
Controller for the Business Unit Marine & Cranes, located in Switzerland. Prior
to ABB, Thomas Geust has worked in various financial positions in Schneider
Electric, Lexel Group and KPMG.
Following the aforementioned changes the members of the Group Executive Team are

Thomas Geust, Director, Finance (as of October 1, 2013);
Sari Lindholm, Senior Vice President, Human Resources;
Clay Dunn, Executive Vice President, North America;

Eric Le Lay, Executive Vice President, Foodservice Europe-Asia-Oceania; and
Peter Wahsner, Executive Vice President, Films.
