Panasonic and serVonic Announce Partnership – IXI-PCS released for the PBX’s
Panasonic and serVonic now offer joint solutions in the fields of telephony: The Panasonic-systems provide professional communication servers in ISDN- and IP-environment to the customers; serVonic’s IXI-PCS Professional Call Server adds the CTI-features as well as presence management and instant messaging.
serVonic‘s CTI-solution IXI-PCS and Panasonic‘s PBX‘s provide the users with telephony features(firmenpresse) - With serVonic’s CTI-solution, the users can control multiple features at the Panasonic Communication Servers and make use of the possibilities and information their IT-environment provides. The IXI-PCS Professional Call Server communicates with the Panasonic PBX’s via the Panasonic TSP.

serVonic’s IXI-PCS Professional Call Server is a client-/server-software solution for Windows, Mac and Linux Clients with CTI-features like starting, accepting or transferring a call, hotkey dialing, conference calls, caller identification and group features such as telephony status (idle, busy, inbound call), presence management and chat for instant messaging. Moreover, IXI-PCS can be deployed as call control gateway for Microsoft Lync. From small systems with hybrid communication focusing up to large ISDN-, IP- and hybrid PBX’s, Panasonic offers a wide range. Panasonic and serVonic offer their customers the best solutions in the fields of telephony and CTI. In addition to that, serVonic offers a unified messaging solution called IXI-UMS, which has been released for Panasonic’s PBX’s – well-tried and installed many times.
