Conversion ratio interim stock dividend Nutreco 1 share for 120

Nutreco announces that the conversion ratio of the interim stock dividend has
been determined. This will amount to 1 new ordinary share for every 120 existing
ordinary shares. Based on the average weighted price of 7, 8 and 9 August 2013
of EUR 36.0434, 1/120th share represents a value of EUR 0.3004, which is
virtually equal to the gross dividend in cash of EUR 0.30 per ordinary share.
Both the cash dividend and stock dividend will be made payable to shareholders
on 15 August 2013.
