TSANet Elects New Officers for 2013
Growth of Multivendor Support Alliance Fueled by Infrastructure Improvements
(firmenpresse) - OVERLAND PARK, KS -- (Marketwired) -- 08/15/13 -- TSANet (Technical Support Alliance Network), the industry's largest vendor-neutral support alliance, has announced the election of executive officers for the period of July 2013 to July 2014.
Ted Williams, support programs manager, Partnerships at Red Hat, is TSANet's new Chairperson. Jill Scolla, senior manager in EMC's America's Global Services Partners and Alliances organization, is the new Vice Chairperson. Pamela Fowler, vice president of Worldwide Technical Support at Actian Corporation, is the new Secretary. Jason Veit, director in the Enterprise Support Services organization at Symantec, is the new Treasurer.
"It is an honor to be elected chairperson of TSANet and I look forward to working with the executive committee and fellow board members to help improve customer support," said Williams. "Our industry is going through significant changes, and the purpose of TSANet has never been greater. The officers, elected by the nine-member TSANet Board of Directors, make up the executive committee and serve one-year terms. The other TSANet board members are Mark Mueller at Microsoft, Narayan Anand at VMWare, Armando Calderon at IBM, Meg Heller at Oracle, and Jo Paulla Baca at Citrix Systems.
