Russel Metals Announces Installation of a Butech Bliss Synergy(TM) Hydraulic Roller Leveler to its Cut-to-Length Line in Ontario

(TSX: RUS) announced today the completion of the installation of a Butech Bliss state-of-the-art Synergy™ hydraulic roller leveler to its heavy gauge cut-to-length line at its B&T Steel division in Stoney Creek, Ontario. This equipment is designed to process 0.75 inch thick material up to 72 inches wide and is part of the $7 million upgrade to the two cut-to-length lines at its B&T Steel division. This upgrade allows the Company to provide superior quality products with industry leading flatness.
