LNG Energy Ltd. Announces Resignation of CFO
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 09/13/13 -- LNG Energy Ltd. ("LNG" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LNG) announces Mr. Danny Lee has tendered his resignation to the Board of Directors (the "Board") resigning from the position of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company in order to pursue other professional interests. The Board thanks Mr. Lee for his years of services and wishes him well in his future endeavors. The search for his successor has begun. In the interim, the Board has appointed Mr. David Nelson, President and CEO, as acting CFO of the Company effective immediately.
