(OTCBB: EXLA) (a wholly owned subsidiary of Helmer Directional Drilling Corp.) is pleased to announce that it is meeting with Ousei Kankyoshoji Companu, Ltd. (Japan) to begin negotiations on an ore purchase and a joint venture to begin operations at the Excelsior Mine, Located in WA State. The meeting will take place in San Francisco on the 14th of September 2013. Ousei is an international company with offices in the US, Taiwan, and Japan.
