Ming Le Sports AG: New Member of the Supervisory Board appointed
Frankfurt, September 26, 2013 - The Local Court in Frankfurt/Main has
appointed Mr. Andreas Grosjean as Member of the Supervisory Board of Ming
Le Sports AG. He succeeds Mr. Klaus Rainer Kirchhoff, who has resigned from
his office with effect from September 03, 2013. The members of the
Supervisory Board intend to elect Andreas Grosjean as the Chairman of the
Supervisory Board.
As Member of the Management Board of the German investment bank 'VEM
Aktienbank' Andreas Grosjean is responsible for the business areas of
emission consulting, corporate actions, international capital market
transactions, business development and paying agent. He disposes of about
10 years experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Andreas
Grosjean started his career at Rödl&Partner as a lawyer in corporate law
and is member of the Management Board and Supervisory Board of several
listed companies.
