Munich, September 27, 2013 - ACON Actienbank, as Emissionsexperte, provides
application for inclusion of Nanoventure N.V. Shares for trading on the
regulated unofficial market at the Munich Stock Exchange segment m:access.
The share prospectus of Nanoventure N.V., as basis for the public offering,
was approved at the beginning of September by the Dutch Financial Authority
(AFM).
AFM has approved for the first time a share prospectus that includes a
public offer which is based on intensified public relations activities. In
the Netherlands, this type of public offering was previously unknown. The
prospectus has been drawn up by the lawyer Philipp Bruns, who serves to
ACON Actienbank's clients. Mr. Bruns is specialised in share and bond
prospectuses for listed and unlisted companies. Barring unforeseen
circumstances, trading in the Nanoventure N.V. Shares on the m:access
segment is expected to commence in October 2013.
Nanoventure N.V. is an investment company providing growth capital for
start-ups as well as established, growth oriented companies in the fields
of nanotechnology, micro systems technology and related businesses. The
management of Nanoventure N.V. intends to re-initiate its investment
activities in the growth-capital sector in conjunction with the Stock
Exchange listing. The company is situated in the Netherlands.
