Klövern's annual report best in Mid Cap
Klövern has been awarded a prize for its 2012 annual report in FARs, NASDAQ OMX,
SFFs och Sveriges Kommunikatörer's annual competition for the "Best Annual
Report". The prize was awarded on 3 October at FinForum's conference at IVA's
Conference Centre in Stockholm.
Klövern's annual report has been chosen as winner in comparison with all
companies on the stock exchange's Mid Cap list. The jury's motivation for the
prize was as follows: "In its annual report, Klövern provides an all-sided
review of its business, the presentation is graphically well designed,
pedagogically arranged and easy to understand both for small savers and more
professional users. An annual report without any real weaknesses and a worthy
winner in this class."
"Klövern's 2012 Annual Report is the result of a continuous process of
development where our aim has been to present relevant and correct information
in an attractive way in order to reach a larger target group. Many Klövern
employees have been involved in the work with the annual report and it feels
great to be recognized for this team effort", says Klövern's CEO Rutger Arnhult.
The competition has been held since 1965 with the aim of stimulating companies
to improve and develop their external information. The jury has examined
information from all listed companies on Nasdaq OMX Stockholm. The competition
is arranged in three classes based on the stock exchange lists, i.e. Small, Mid
and Large Cap. The jury consisted of the following persons: Anders Haskel -
chairperson, Katarina Green - Swedish Ministry of Finance, Pontus Herin -
journalist and Nils Liliedahl - The Swedish Society of Financial Analysts.
