Klövern sells a property in Linköping

Klövern has signed a contract to sell a property in Linköping for approximately
SEK 27 million.

The property Epåletten 14 is a centrally located office property with a lettable
area of around 1,600 sq.m.

Transfer of possession will be on 1 November 2013.
