Vantex Amends Stock Options

(TSX VENTURE: VAX)(FRANKFURT: UD7A)(ALP: VAX) announces that it has repriced the 400,000 stock options previously awarded to officers and directors on September 23, 2013. The new exercise price will be at 0.08 $ instead of the original price of 0.05 $.
This modification is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture exchange.
