Frankfurt, October 11, 2013. HERING SCHUPPENER Consulting continues to gain
the leading position in the M&A league tables by mergermarket in the third
quarter of 2013 and thus again topped the list of communication advisors
involving in German M&A transactions, both in terms of volume and in terms
of value of transactions.
Altogether, HERING SCHUPPENER advised on 18 mergers and acquisitions
involving German companies in the first nine months this year. The total
value of transactions reached US$ 47.8 billion. Since 2004, HERING
SCHUPPENER Consulting has accompanied 276 transactions with a total value
of US$ 364.7 billion and has been leading the M&A league tables since then.
