comm.fleet - Fleet Management Software(firmenpresse) - The Schletter GmbH located in Kirchdorf / Haag i. OB has around 1,200 employees worldwide and offers innovative light metal products produced using modern technologies. Solar mounting systems, trade fair stands and advertisement constructions, aluminum and stainless steel products for railway and automotives, environmental technologies as well as special constructions are some of the core competencies of the company.
The company is one of the migration customers that at the end of 2011 were migrated to the innovative fleet management system comm.fleet after working with the software predecessor Fleet+ for years. For an optimal management of its fleet the Schletter GmbH uses a highly modern fleet management software system.
Fleet management staff members at the Schletter GmbH can freely create vehicles in comm.fleet and manage them with all their additional equipment and prices. Extensive additional functions facilitate the management of residual values, repair and replacement car groups and insurances.
In particular the management of all vehicles, the complete invoice processing and the full claims management round off the use of comm.fleet at the Schletter GmbH. Especially commendable is the function of automatic import of DKV fuel data, so that not all data have to be manually processed in the system, stresses Franz Schaber, Fleet Manager at the Schletter GmbH.
That the fleet management software comm.fleet is well suited for the use in small and medium sized enterprises is also demonstrated in the case of the Josef Küpper Söhne GmbH.
The Josef Küpper Söhne GmbH was founded in 1919 in Bad Godesberg and has a long tradition in the fields of heating and sanitation. Since the beginning of 2013 the 4th generation has begun working in the family business. The company disposes over a great expertise in products and services in the areas of water supply and electricity as well as heating and sanitation. At the moment 85 people are employed in three subsidiaries of the company. The fleet of the company is composed of a mixture of assembly vehicles, cars, pool vehicles and trailers. The company relies on the well-proven fleet management software comm.fleet in order to manage effectively their fleet of 50 vehicles.
comm.fleet is user-friendly, modular and modern software with the help of which fleets can be optimally managed regardless of their type and size. No matter whether vans, special vehicles, trucks, cars or other vehicles - comm.fleet meets all requirements.
Küpper GmbH employs the fleet management software comm.fleet not only for the administration of its vehicles and the processing, controlling and evaluation of costs. Of a significant importance for the company is the function for determining the fuel usage on the basis of the fuel and evaluation data from TomTom Works. For the complex and efficient management of the associated mileage data, a special interface that supports the data import from the navigation tool TomTom Works in the fleet management software comm.fleet was developed, informs Daniel Pörzgen, Fleet Management Director at the Josef Küpper Söhne GmbH.
comm.fleet supports fleet managers in all respects. Thus the integrated fuel data management allows a comprehensive fuel and service card administration. Furthermore, the company obtains timely precise information about fuel consumption and cost outliers. In comm.fleet, fuel data from all oil companies can be easily imported as well as assigned to the respective cost centers and vehicles. Moreover comm.fleet supports the transfer of data from own fuel stations by way of dedicated interfaces.
