Shearman&Sterling strengthens team in Frankfurt - Ulrich Weidemann as new counsel for capital markets practice

Frankfurt November 5, 2013. Shearman&Sterling Germany strengthens its
European capital markets practice. On November 1, 2013 Ulrich Weidemann,
expert on capital markets and corporate law, has joined the Shearman&Sterling team in Frankfurt as counsel. Mr Weidemann is specialized in
advising banks and companies on capital markets transactions, in particular
IPOs, capital increases and bond issues. Prior to joining Shearman&Sterling, Mr Weidemann worked for nine years at an international law firm
focusing on equity and debt capital markets as well as finance in Frankfurt
and New York.
