Masterflex AG: Disposal of subsidiary SURPRO GmbH concluded
Gelsenkirchen, 6 September 2010. Masterflex AG has successfully concluded
the disposal of its subsidiary SURPRO GmbH. De-consolidation took place on
31 August 2010.
The SURPRO Group is a highly specialised niche provider for the production
and finishing of precision surfaces, primarily for the luxury goods
industry, and had been part of the Masterflex Group since 2005. In 2009,
the company generated revenue of 11.2 million.
With the sale of SURPRO GmbH, Masterflex AG is continuing the systematic
disposal of non-core activities that do not offer synergies with the
High-Tech-Hose Systems core business unit.
