holding, Gameforge has expressed the purpose to maintain Frogster an
independent company with the existing management and team at the current
locations, its own culture and its successful brands. By now, both
companies have agreed on intensive cooperation in various fields which will
be negotiated at arm's length and ought to be value adding to both
companies. Thus, the Frogster management considers the takeover to be
friendly.
Generally the Frogster management does not give any recommendation to buy
or sell the share at a particular price, not on the occasion of the
takeover bid either, but feels obliged to the shareholders to make the
following statements which add to the press release of 16.08.2010: The
management does not expect Gameforge to further increase the tender offer
and, regarding its own shares, for itself intends to accept the offer for a
substantial part of its remaining shares. In this respect, the management
recommends the Frogster shareholders to assess the offer carefully and
benevolently again.
Update on current revenues
As expected and announced, the monthly revenue of August was around 200k
EUR underneath the monthly revenue of July, according to preliminary
projections. For the rest of the year 2010, the management anticipates
rising monthly revenues again.
