ORCO Germany S.A. - Major shareholding notification
Paris, 10th December 2013. Further to the issuance of 114,600,000 new
ordinary shares of ORCO Germany on 4 December 2013 ORCO Germany was
notified by Tandis, a.s. and Mr. Radovan Vitek on 9 December 2013, that the
number of voting rights they together hold in ORCO Germany increased above
5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% thresholds as a consequence of this capital
increase. Tandis, a.s. and Mr. Radovan Vitek together hold 114,820,850 ORCO
Germany shares, representing 33.31% of the total voting rights.
On 10 December 2013 ORCO Germany was also notified by ORCO Property Group
and its subsidiary Brillant 1419 GmbH&Co. Verwaltungs KG that the number
of voting rights they together hold in ORCO Germany decreased below 75% and
66.2/3% thresholds as a consequence of this capital increase. ORCO
Property Group and its subsidiary Brillant 1419 GmbH&Co. Verwaltungs KG
together hold 201,571,194 ORCO Germany shares, representing 58.48% of the
total voting rights.
