ROK Stars PLC, the consumer goods and environmental technologies
development company founded by John Paul DeJoria and UK entrepreneur
Jonathan Kendrick, has announced its ROK Drinks division has signed a
multi-year exclusive agreement with Hong Kong-based Asia Incentives
Beverages Ltd for the distribution of OVAL Vodka in China, Hong Kong, Macau
and Australia.
The agreement will begin with immediate effect.
OVAL Vodka, produced in the purpose-built OVAL facility in Austria in a
patented process which bonds water molecules to alcohol molecules in a
process called 'structuring', is an award-winning, super-premium vodka
which not only delivers the ultimate in smoothest-tasting vodka, but also
reduces the diuretic effect of alcohol consumption.
OVAL's structured molecular format is marketed that 'For 600 years, all
vodkas have been made the same way. Until now. Until OVAL'
Commenting, Matthew Adamberry of Asia Incentives AI Beverages said 'We are
delighted to have been chosen as the exclusive distributor for OVAL Vodka
in our major home territories and, based on the reaction of our retail
partners to date, we look forward with great enthusiasm to deploying OVAL
across the region in the next few months and years.'
ROK Stars, listed on the Stuttgart Stock Exchange, has an expanding
portfolio of 'game-changing' products which, in addition to OVAL Vodka,
includes the premium Bavarian beer 'ABK Beer - Since 1308' and ROK Natural
Energy Drink, with several more products currently under review and
development including a new Irish whiskey brand due to launch in January
2014 and a biodegradable plastic water bottle called ROK Water.
ROK Stars was co-founded by John Paul DeJoria, known as 'America's favorite
entrepreneur,' and Jonathan Kendrick. John Paul DeJoria is best known as
the co-founder of Paul Mitchell, the largest privately held hair care
business in North America, as well as being co-founder of Patron tequila,
the world's Number 1 premium tequila brand.
