JAXX: conversion into European Company completed
Kiel, October 29, 2010 - The conversion of the financial holding company
JAXX AG (Deutsche Börse Prime Standard, ISIN DE000A0JRU67) into a European
Company (Societas Europaea; SE) has today been entered on the Commercial
Register. The conversion process has therefore been completed within three
and a half months of the resolution by the Shareholders' Meeting. In
changing its legal form JAXX is reflecting the growing international
diversification of its business.
Along with the conversion, the relocation of the company's registered
office from Altenholz to Kiel has taken effect. The company's new
registered office is:

Another change along with the conversion is the enlargement of the
Supervisory Board of JAXX SE from three to six members. The three new
members Rodolfo Carpintier Santana (Madrid), Dr Volker Heeg (Hamburg) and
Konstantin Urban (Gräfelfing) will shortly take up office on the
Supervisory Board.
