Munich, 6 December 2010. KINGHERO AG, the German holding company of a
fast-growing Chinese fashion company, announces that the road show in the
context of the German Equity Forum of Deutsche Börse AG has led to
significant demand for blocks of shares of KINGHERO AG.
In order to increase the free float and to satisfy the demand from
high-class institutional investors for shares of KINGHERO AG, BankM
Repräsentanz der biw Bank für Investments und Wertpapiere AG, KINGHERO AG's
sponsor, has agreed to suspend the soft lock up for one of the existing
shareholders willing to sell shares after considering the present
situation. The shares of the existing shareholder, who is not member of a
board of KINGHERO AG, were fully placed at a price near the market price so
that the free float of KINGHERO now has increased to approx. 34%.
