First senior recruitment for IC PropertyOne unit
Unterschleissheim near Munich, December 6, 2010 Volker Tibbe (aged 44) has
been a member of the Munich-based IC Immobilien Service GmbH (ICIS) team
since November 1, 2010. The decentralised asset management and property
management company of IC Immobilien Gruppe will soon offer their services
on the market as IC ProperytOne Asset und Real Estate Management GmbH.
In his new role, Tibbe will be responsible for the real estate portfolios
of several international investors, among other things. As certified
engineer and real estate economist, Tibbe looks back on more than 15 years
of professional experience in the real estate business. Prior to his
transfer to IC Immobilien Gruppe, he held a position with Strategic
Management Partners Deutschland, having previously worked for nearly three
years as Senior Asset Manager for Archon Group Deutschland.

tasks both for real estate funds launched both in its own right and for
