Capella Capital N.V. resolves upon distribution of BiogasPark N.V.

Maastricht, December 17, 2010 - The Board of Management of Capella Capital
N.V. has decided with approval from the Supervisory Board to distribute a
part of its shareholding in BiogasPark N.V. (www.biogaspark.de) as a
dividend in kind to its shareholders.
The distribution will take place at a ratio of 4:1. Thus, for every four
shares in Capella Capital N.V. each shareholder will receive one additional
share in BiogasPark N.V. Shares will be booked into shareholders' share
accounts automatically. The total amount of shares distributed to
shareholders of Capella Capital N.V. will be up to 2,625,000. Currently,
BiogasPark N.V. has 25,000,000 shares issued and outstanding. The record
day for the dividend distribution was set to December 22, 2010.
The aim of BiogasPark N.V. is to acquire one or more operating companies
from the biogas, cleantech or commodities industries. The focus is on
companies with an enterprise value between EUR1.0m and EUR 5.0m. The
Management of Board of BiogasPark N.V. feels confident that a suitable
investment will be identified within the next 12 months.
