seeking to raise its first capital tranche of EUR4.5M. The company and its
subsidiary Texas Petroleum has on the horizon bona fide targets to acquire
that will bring shareholder value and profit value to the company. The use
of the capital raised will assist in general operations, further pursue
expansion plans thereby enhancing shareholder value.
