Berlin, 31.01.2011: Andreas Weidenhaupt, member of the executive board of
Frogster Interactive Pictures, resigns from the executive board of Frogster
Interactive Pictures AG and from all other mandates in the Frogster Group
in best mutual agreement per end of April 2011 to devote himself to new
professional challenges. He will remain closely connected to Frogster and
still be available as a consultant. Christoph Gerlinger, chairman of the
executive board of Frogster: 'We thank Andreas kindly for his job
performance of the past years, the amicable co-operation with the executive
board colleagues and for his significant contribution to the success of
Frogster. In the course of last year, Andreas managed to fill the Frogster
product pipeline with excellent titles for the next years in advance.'
Andreas Weidenhaupt's responsibilities will be allocated to his executive
board colleagues.
